What you’ll do:
- phone and e-mail communications with customers and drivers;
- work with incoming customer demands;
- coordinate drivers and their work;
- follow KPI;
- support GetTransfer team.
What you’ll need:
- higher, incomplete higher education (students of part-time evening education/distance education) ;
- exceptional communication skills with thorough attention to detail, tone, and voice;
- ability to work in team;
- an insatiable desire to achieve goals and willingness to make customers satisfied.
Bonus points if:
- past experience in sales or on-demand-business services;
- you can speak foreign languages.
