The Key Account Specialist is responsible for developing the Key Customer relations across the region/channel.

Driving and leading sales & marketing campaigns in order to further develop of key product group.

Job specifications and activities:

Interaction with customers and close cooperation with product managers

  • Sales target achievement
  • Product presentation to customers
  • POS management
  • Organization of sales promotions
  • Sales condition management
  • Stock & sales negotiation and management
  • Promo actions for end-users, market researches, reporting on results of promo and analysis of its effectiveness

Administrative tasks:

  • Customer service
  • Marketing budget per client
  • Reporting

Knowledge and skill requirements

  • Experience in Sales/or account management + 1 years (International company)
  • English intermediate
  • Leadership
  • Negotiation skill
  • Friendly and teamwork skill
  • A passion for new challenge and willingness of further improvement
  • Strong interest in photography
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Internal / External Contacts:

  • Reports to Division Manager
  • Interacts with customer service, marketing manager, product managers, financial controller, logistic specialist, accounting specialist
